Networking Care - the Information Management Perspective - pulling together the threads from previous units, this unit looks at how a wide area healthcare network must function to provide joined-up care services. This unit considers the issues relating to bringing together the disparate information systems and services into a co-ordinated and perhaps even integrated whole. The importance of interfacing engines and of web technology to the development of such systems is explored. HI203-14 must be completed prior to enrolment in this course.
